Not impressed. Two trips there to fix a headlight and upon leaving the 2nd time, I had to point out to the tech that they missed another light. The guys there were way more interested in the Model T that was Dropped Off. The tech stopped working on my car to look at the Model T, despite me waiting a 2nd time. I'm sure they're very honest but their work was half-assed and a huge waste of time. Bob- I took a day off to winterize my vehicle, the headlights were part of that. Thank you for your sincere and conditional apology. Ladies- Consider another establishment or take a man with you.

I took my car here for a PPI on a car I purchased from CarMax recently. Bob and his staff were amazing! Got me in quick, fair price to look and did a thorough check on a car that I was getting. They found some things that needed to be addressed, wrote it up for me to take back to CarMax to have them fix on my car. Without their help I would have never know (issues weren't obvious to me). My car is under warranty with CarMax, otherwise I would have them repair it at Honest. I will be back though and I am bringing my son his car next week for a CEL.

As someone new to the area, I feel very fortunate to have found H-1 Auto. From oil changes to troubleshooting my vehicle’s quirks, Bob has always been courteous & professional. On a side note, the restroom is consistently clean… which is a welcome bonus.

Have been using Honest One for many years and have always been very satisfied with the quality of their work. Bob and his crew at the Milwaukie, Oregon location have always given great customer service! Will continue to trust them with both of my automobiles.

Great location, amazing Management team. Awesome shop crew and very fair pricing. The team helped me out with a much needed tune up on a new/Used SUV. I highly recommend Honest 1 and this crew to friends and family for future work. My SUV runs great after the tune and the team went the extra mile buttoning up a few loose ends they noticed along the way.

I’ve been going to Honest-1 for years now, and for good reason; this place is amazing! Bob is always so welcoming, friendly and really knows his stuff. It’s a comfort to know that great mechanics take excellent care of my car. They go up, over and beyond. Every time there is an issue, I don’t hesitate to reach out because I know I’m in good hands. 10/10 would highly recommend!
