These guys took great care of me. With a full rear brake replacement they worked with me on price and didn’t take advantage of me. There work was great and fast. Very awesome customer service. Honesty is definitely who they are.

Everyone at this shop was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially April and Scott. They were honest and upfront about all costs and labor; their service was diligent and thorough; and their customer service is head and shoulders above the rest. Former mystery shopper here and have learned a thing or two about good customer service over the years. My experience with "Honest-1": made an appointment over the phone to try this new-to-me auto place, based on a 29.95 coupon for oil change/tire rotation. Told employee (owner?) about the coupon when making the apt. The employee asked for the make/model/year of my car. Told him. THAT would have been a good time to tell me that the coupon I mentioned would not apply. Drove to the auto place and was on time for the apt. Person at front desk did not acklowledge/did not look up from computer nor did he ask to help me for an uncomfortable amount of time. Based on mannerisms it seemed like the same guy with whom I spoke on the phone. He tells me that my car needs a special synthetic oil and it is going to cost more. He quotes me around $64. I show him the coupon (which states synthetic oil), he says where-ever I go I'm going to pay more and says it would be like $80 at JiffyLube. (I hadn't done my research but just did and guess what? The DEALERSHIP charges 49.95 for the oil change and tire rotation... that's their regular price for my make/model/year car, not a special price)... anyway, the guy at "Honest-1" tweaks a few things and gets it down to $54 or so. I'm not happy about the bait-and-switch coupon but I get it done anyway. I also pay $19 or 20 for a new air filter which he says needs to be changed (no argument about that). When I am paying, the employee tells me about a Groupon deal only suggests I don't go through Groupon, that he can give me the same deal directly. He tells me about more promos and says something about getting my email. I don't give my email address b/c I'm now wondering about the integrity and honesty of this establishment, not honoring coupons for new customers and not holding up their end of the deal with Groupon (i.e., using Groupon as free advertisement rather than paying them the required/contracted cut). Last night I filed a complaint with the BBB. We'll see where it goes from there. Just wanted to give others the heads up.

Went in for one specific problem was told I had a whole list of other problems like a dead battery even though not even a month before was told my batter was fine by the dealership. Have yet to have a batter problem

I took my cars a few times here, referred friends, and they did a great job. However, l took my car for an oil change, which was schedules via email. I got to the place and the guy in the front was extremely rude. I told him I had an appointment and he said I was not on their list. I stated that I had been emailing back and forth, but he had no idea what that was, “emailing”. It seemed like he was not understanding what I was saying, appeared careless, and kept ignoring me. I then wonder why he treated a white guy who walked in after me differently. It seemed like he listened to him and even offered him a red vine candy. Maybe my accent or appearance was not welcomed at his business. I am sure my money is worth more someplace else.

We brought our vehicle in for a undercarriage problem , and they got it wrong at first and argued, then when our vehicle ran wrong and we called saying hey they fixed it after it did some damage . But when they changed out the axel part they took our brand new rotors off !! Having us to pay another huge amount of money to replace . We have had more issues with them working on our vehicle then it did going in ! There not HONEST and whoever works on your car don’t know much about cars . BEWARE.
