Summary: Bob is friendly, but my confidence in this shop is shaken. Facebook is just asking me "recommend or don't recommend" but in stars I'd give them 3. I don't think they had malicious intent, but I don't trust them anymore. I took my van in to have my oil changed, tie rods replaced, and alignment done. I was originally going to do the tie rods myself, but due to inclement weather, I didn't get the chance before my appointment to get an alignment done with them, so I asked if they'd also do the replacement. They did, but when I went under my van to check on something else a week later, I noticed they hadn't lined the boots up correctly. The ports in the pictures were originally attached to a metal tube that runs between the two boots. Bob, who's the guy you'll most likely encounter at the desk or on the phone called me to follow up on my indignant email. First he tried to explain to me that they're service ports that aren't supposed to be attached to anything, but when I told him that I knew they attached to a pipe, he promised to look into it and get back to me. He figured out what it was and called and explained it really well and started to suggest where I could get it fixed near me, but I had already fixed it myself. They also wound up not being able to do the alignment because of something about my van (2003 Chevy Express 2500). In retrospect, that makes the tie rod thing even more annoying, since my alignment appointment is the only reason I didn't do the replacement myself, but in fairness, they didn't discover the inability to do the alignment until after they'd done the replacement. I edited this review of my own volition to be more fair and less angry.
