On May 21st, we took our 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 in for an exhaust leak and transmission service. While woking on the exhaust issue, they found that 3 of the bolts were broken. Two came out like a dream... the 3rd? Not so much! Shawn (sp) worked diligently to get that 3rd bolt out, and went through countless bits to do so. That thing was STUCK! The service we received was top notch, and the price was well under those we received from other places. Thanks to Bob, Shawn and crew for the at Honest 1 for a job WELL DONE!

I have been bringing my car to Bob at Honest-1 Auto Care for years, and I can truly say he is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I've ever encountered, and I'm 71 years old! Bob and his team have always treated me with respect and fairness, and I've always had a great relationship with them. He looks out for his customers, and my recent experience was proof of that once again. I needed a brake job, and without my knowledge, I was still under their warranty. When I went to pay--bracing myself for the bill, I was completely amazed. Bob applied the warranty, and my total bill was $0.00! Many mechanics wouldn't have even mentioned the warranty, but Bob always does the right thing. If I could give 10 stars, I would, but since 5 is the max, that'll have to do. If you're looking for a great mechanic, Bob the best there is!
