Hands down the best customer service and management. I have been to most Honest-1 locations in the Portland(& greater) area and this location is the best. Bob at the front desk has always provided excellent customer service as well as others.

They have worked on two different vehicles for me. The prices have been reasonable and the customer service has been above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone who has automotive need.

Best experience at an auto shop recently!! Don't use Groupon, these folks have the same deals in house, and it's worth it to make sure every penny goes to them. Fast, friendly, local service, where I felt like I wasn't being sold anything I didn't need or having things catastrophized for a return visit. I will absolutely be returning, though, the next time I need anything auto related!!
