I was very pleased with the quality of the work done, and even more so the fact that they completed the work exactly as promised in a very timely manner. I had another commitment, and Bob and his team respected that and got me in and out within the one hour estimated. The price estimate was also spot on. I recommend them for their integrity and competence.

This is my usual oil change place but they do all the repairs on my car. Staff is great: friendly, doesn't talk down to me because of my gender and always has fair pricing with quality work. HIGHLY recommend!

I took my car here for a PPI on a car I purchased from CarMax recently. Bob and his staff were amazing! Got me in quick, fair price to look and did a thorough check on a car that I was getting. They found some things that needed to be addressed, wrote it up for me to take back to CarMax to have them fix on my car. Without their help I would have never know (issues weren't obvious to me). My car is under warranty with CarMax, otherwise I would have them repair it at Honest. I will be back though and I am bringing my son his car next week for a CEL.

As someone new to the area, I feel very fortunate to have found H-1 Auto. From oil changes to troubleshooting my vehicle’s quirks, Bob has always been courteous & professional. On a side note, the restroom is consistently clean… which is a welcome bonus.
