Love Honest-1, they have taken care of me for a long time. I miss the Stark location, but the Milwaukie location was great! Service was excellent and friendly. Shop was clean and welcoming. My car was done right on time and I had frequent communication with the desk. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best customer service and management. I have been to most Honest-1 locations in the Portland(& greater) area and this location is the best. Bob at the front desk has always provided excellent customer service as well as others.

Best experience at an auto shop recently!! Don't use Groupon, these folks have the same deals in house, and it's worth it to make sure every penny goes to them. Fast, friendly, local service, where I felt like I wasn't being sold anything I didn't need or having things catastrophized for a return visit. I will absolutely be returning, though, the next time I need anything auto related!!
