I have lived in multiple major cities across the US and have never felt so taken care of and trusted an auto mechanic more than I do Honest 1 auto. They are honest, they are quick and Bob is the best most charming interaction I could wish to have with an auto repair shop. This place is the best !

Came to honest 1 auto care on 02/07 because of seatbelt buck struck with cloth issue, it was looked by couple of autocare and was quoted high amount. Gentleman in honest1 autocare reception came upto my car and fixed it within 2 minutes and didn’t charge me anything. Appreciate your help.

Do not let the name put you off- this truly is an honest shop. Bob and his crew are building repeat customers via value and honesty, they’re good people. This is the second car I’ve brought in that I was charged fairly. The grinding noise in the tire was checked out and it was just a rock. No bogus repairs or charges, and wasn’t charged for a whole hour. When the customer doesn’t know the duration, to not be charged for labor when it took less than that is honest - lawyers, pay attention: you don’t need to pad a bill.

I had another commitment, and Bob and his team respected that and got me in and out within the one hour estimated. The price estimate was also spot on.
