I have used Honest-1 three times in the past couple years. Each time they have done exactly what I have expected, communicated well, and have finished the work promptly. Whether it was doing a transmission flush or changing a wheel bearing, I would highly recommend them.

I won’t take my 2003 CR-V anywhere else. They are honest, thorough, and careful. I really like their explanations. They never talk down to me. Give them a try!

Bob was very friendly and accommodating. I took my car in to get an oil change and it was done in less than 45 minutes. I did some work in their waiting area where there are courtesy drinks. This was one of the most convenient and smooth experiences I’ve had regarding auto care.

I have been taking my vehicles to Honest 1 for about 4 years now, and I am always very pleased with their service. I have never felt like they were trying to charge me for something that didn't need to be fixed, or that they were taking advantage of me. They are always friendly, and flexible with their scheduling.

This is the first time that I feel confident that what they tell me is true about my vehicle. They are really honest and I believe their prices are very compatible to other repair shops, if not lower.

Bob is one of the nicest Auto Care guys I have ever met! This is no joke and I was not asked to leave this review. Bob took the time to explain, in understandable detail, that my Subaru had an axle shaft that was slinging grease and needed to be replaced. He didn’t intimidate me in to needing to get it done that day but said it should be done sooner rather than later. He priced it out for me right then and there with a very reasonable price to fix it. When asked if it could be done that day he did mention that he was unable but happily said that he had time tomorrow(Thursday), Friday or Saturday. Not only was Bob informative about my car but he also informed me that Honest-1 does oil top offs when you get an oil change. I never knew that and I’ve been to several Honest-1 locations. Thank you so much Bob for all your help! I will definitely be back for that axle shaft fix.
