Bob and Dylan were great - they took the time to make sure the repairs were done correctly - they were very fair with the final bill and worked to make sure that I was communicated with through the entire 2 week process. I will return to this shop and will start bringing my wife's car here if ever needed. Knowledgeable, professional, honest..can't ask for more.

I've gone to my dealership for 4 years, and recently had some bad experiences, I read about this place online and found their Groupon. Even my first time talking to them on the phone was lightyears better than the dealership I was going to. They were SO friendly, so helpful and acted like my car mattered to them. I've gone twice now, their space is comfortable to sit and wait in, it's not super loud, they don't pressure you with anything and they are super friendly! The guy at the front desk remembered me, keeps me updated and even just chats about small things which is really nice. they do a great job, I get in at the time of my appointment, my car hasn't been late getting in or finishing up. I'm really glad I switched over, I recommend them to everyone! Also, THIS is their best location! :D

I received a Groupon for Honest-1 because it was the only good oil change deal they had available. I usually use Valvoline because it's quick. Honest-1 was just as quick. I was in and out in under 30mins. I needed to schedule an appointment which was kinda annoying but this isn't a quick lube joint it's a mechanic shop. Service was prompt and friendly. I would definitely recommend Honest-1 for preventative maintenance.
