I am rating Bob’s business a 5-Star! I’m a full-time college student who relies on my vehicle for work and also school (even in a pandemic). I had an unexpected emergency come up with my SUV. It wasn’t changing gears and I needed to have it towed and repaired ASAP! Unfortunately this came right after the storm so the shop was dealing with their phone lines down and no internet. Bob is an awesome guy! Very understanding and there when you need him and his help! That in itself is worth like 100-stars! I had already paid all my bills for this month. I was stressed. I applied for a Firestone credit card and was successful but Firestone couldn’t do the repair. So I went through easy pay financing and was able to get a loan. Bob recommended an easier financing company. So I went and applied with another loan company and sure enough Bob was right! He even connected me with Gabe’s towing an Gabe is awesome! Such a great guy! Overall, my experience was better than I thought! Prior to taking the SUV to the shop there was some electrical stuff not working on the passenger side and even that is all working now! I am highly recommending Bob to be the man to turn to when you have car repairs come up. The price was very reasonable. I paid a lot less than I thought I would have to cover. I will be referring Bob and his auto-shop to my peers at Portland Community College and will also recommend Gabe’s towing. So grateful to have the help Bob!!! Thank you 🙏🏼!!! -Emmilie

have had a second major repair to my 2011 Jeep - and again... the service and communication throughout the process was excellent...thats why I will continue to use and recommend this business!! I am extremely impressed with, and grateful for, this specific shop. I found them completely by accident as they were running a deal and I figured, “why not”. Little did I know I was walking into a shop that makes customers not only feel appreciated, but cared for. I am a highly anxious person... especially when it comes to my car. So when I have an issue, I need to know I can trust the people caring for it. I just brought it in with a check engine light and multiple codes showing. They checked a bunch of things only to discover that it was an issue with my battery. I was saved hundreds of dollars because they were thorough instead of going with the first code and “fixing” it. I am beyond grateful for Bob and the crew at Honest-1. They definitely have lived up to the name. What a wonderful group of people!
