I must say these guys rescued me on my first visit, and I will never forget the very impressive customer service they provided. From greeting to pick-up time, services, updates, and education are well worth the low cost maintenance and repair services.

What can I say; I have taken all my vehicles to them for the last 3 or 4 years and will continue into the future. My older Ford Ranger had a problem the was very difficult to track down and was found only by changing various old parts out to see if that fixed it. If it didn't then the old part was put back in and I wasn't charged for it. Their technicians finally found the problem deep in the wiring system. Fixed.

I got a great deal with them for oil changes. It was the best price I can find around town! Thank you for providing great services at a reasonable prices.

Helpful, staff don't try to sugar coat things. When they run deals on Groupon, do it!!! Way worth it, seriously. I get most of my major stuff done at one of the Honest-1 locations, and my partner too. I never wait in unreasonable time, and ive cancelled apppintments a few times and they didn't make me feel like it was an inconvenience, even though I know it always is. Best customer service at this location, in my opinion.

They are as their name states - Honest! It's refreshing, as a female, to be able to trust an auto establishment of any kind. I've had several companies try to take advantage of me being a female & them assuming I don't know anything about cars. Honest -1 Auto treats me with respect & doesn't push any service on me. They explain things well & give recommendations. Their service is top notch! They've gone out of their way to get me in & out quickly. They've also performed several small services for me at no additional charge. All the people I've encountered there have been very professional yet friendly. It gives me peace of mind to know that I can take my car there & trust what they say & do.
